3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 pint pumpkin
1 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
scant tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, brown sugar, pumpkin, spice, and salt and mix well. Add milk and cream. Fill uncooked pastry shells and bake in very hot oven at 450º for 15 min. then reduce heat to 325º for 30 min. Makes 1 large and 1 small pie or 2 medium.
