1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 (8 oz.) packets cream cheese
2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 c. whipped cream
1/3 c. lime juice
yellow and green food coloring

Preheat oven to 350º. To make crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into 9-in. pie pan. Bake in preheated over for 5 min. Cool.

To make lemon layer: Beat 1 package of cream cheese with electric mixer at high speed. Add 1 can sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and a few drops of yellow food coring. Beat well. Fold in 4 oz. whipped cream. Spoon into cooled pie shell.

To make lime layer: Beat remaining package of cream cheese with electric mixer at high speed. Add remaining can of sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, a few drops of green food coloring an remaining whipped cream, as described above. Spread over the lemon layer. Chill 4 hrs. or overnight.

You can purchase a graham cracker crust instead of making it from scratch. Cool whip may be used instead of whipping cream. Bars can be garnished with additional whipped cream and lemon/lime slices if desired.
