2 Granny Smith apples
2 Red Delicious apples
1 4 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 8 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained (but reserve the juice!)
1 cup whipped topping
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Core and chop apples. Mix with the pineapple chunks and peanuts in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, pineapple juice, and whipped topping until well blended. Add to apple mixture, then stir in marshmallows. Serve chilled.
