8 oz cream cheese
3/4 c sugar
1 pt heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla (optional)
1 can pie filling (your choice)
1 large graham cracker crust or Unfilled Lady Fingers (enough to line bottom and sides of pie pan)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla (optional) into VERY STIFF peaks. Line bottom and sides of pie pan with unfilled lady fingers or use the graham cracker crust. Spoon mixture into the pie pan and top with filling of your choice. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
