1 box Cheez-its crackers, white cheddar
1 box original Munchems (I use Chickin N Biscuit, since I can never find Munchems)
1 box Ritz Bits with cheese
1 box original Wheat Thins
1 box small triangle Triscuit, regular or onion flavor
1 c. cooking oil
2 packages Hidden Valley dry ranch mix
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp. dill weed

Directions:
If you use small boxes of crackers, use 5 total boxes. Substitute your other favorites. Put all crackers in a large roasting pan.

Combine oil and dry seasonings. Pour mixture over crackers.


Bake at 225º for 2 hours. Every 30 minutes, stir crackers from the bottom of the roaster. Make this in the evening, shut off the oven after 2 hours and leave overnight in the closed oven.
