3/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar (I have used Splenda with this as well - yummy!)
3 eggs
4 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine butter and brown sugar, blend well.
2. Add remaining ingredients, spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
3. Bake at 350º for 25-30 min.

Cut into squares, like a cake, and enjoy for breakfast!

My kids love it warm with a little bit of milk over it. I have added bananas, peaches, and chocolate chips to this recipe - all "kid approved!" Holds up well in the fridge after first day, we warm it for about 20 seconds in the microwave.
