3 cups Sweet Potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup milk
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, white sugar, eggs, vanilla, 1/2 cup butter and milk.
Place in casserole dish.
Mix together brown sugar, pecans, flour and 1/3 cup butter, melted.
Spread on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 15 - 25 minutes
