1/2 cup butter
1 cup boiling water
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in boiling water, add flour and salt, stir vigorously. cook, stirring constantly until the mixture forms a ball that does not separate.
remove from heat, cool slightly.
add eggs one at a time beating after each. Drop by a tablespoon on a greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 450 for 15 min then reduce heat to 325 for another 25 min. cool on wire rack. fill when cool with whipped cream or custard.
