1 lb Hamburger
1/4 cup Mushrooms finely chopped
1 clove Garlic finely chopped
1/2 cup Onions finely chopped
2 cans Tomato sauce
1 tbs Tomato paste
Sandwich rolls (uncut)
Provolone slices
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Roll into small balls (no bigger than a golf ball). Brown meatballs in medium hot pan. While meatballs cook, cut buns with a notched V in the top (set aside tops and make garlic bread from them) and toast. In a sauce pan add browned meatballs to the tomato sauce and paste and simmer until meatball is cooked through. Put meatballs and sauce over buns and top with cheese. Put under broiler till cheese is brown and bubbly.
