2/3 to 3/4 lb of Country Style Pork Ribs per person. If boneless, (preferred) reduce amount or # of ribs a little
for three # of ribs:
use one bottle of Ketchup
1 bottle of water
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 T. lemon juice
1 tsp of whole cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat and braise ribs in hot oven for an hour. Actually I usually heat oven to 400º
and leave in til brown. Arrange pieces of meat on bottom of appropriately sized baking dish.

Mix Ketchup, water, lemon juice, and brown sugar. Pour over ribs til covered.
Place cloves in cheeze (or cotton) cloth and tie top with string or thread. Place the "pkg" of cloves in the sauce, i.e. corner of dish.

Bake at 350º for 3 hours or more, basting frequently.
