COOKIES: 1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. eggnog
2 1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. powdered malt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
GLAZE: 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. eggnog
1 tsp. powdered milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º & line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Beat sugar & butter until light & fluffy, 3 minutes.
Add yolks one at a time on slow.
Add vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, malt, baking powder, nutmeg, & cinnamon. Pour half of the flour mixture into the egg/sugar mixture. Add eggnog. Pour in remaining flour mixture. Stir only until combined.
Make small dough balls (dough may be sticky) & freeze in a Tupperware container for 10 minutes. Place on cookie sheets & bake for 12-18 minutes or until the edges are barely brown.
Glaze: Combine all ingredients using a whisk or a fork. Drizzle over
warm cookies & top with cinnamon sugar..
