1 bunch Romaine Lettuce
1 head Boston Lettuce
2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin Oranges (drained)
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare salad, tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in salad bowl. Toss lettuce to mix. Add drained mandarin oranges and toasted nuts. Pour dressing over salad and toss.

1 c oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c white pepper
1/2 t salt
1/2 t paprika

Mix thoroughly and chill. Leftovers are good with a variety of different salads.
