1 Leftover Turkey Carcass
6-8 cups water
5 stalks Celery, chopped
5 Carrots (or bag of mini carrots), sliced
5-10 small Potatoes, cut up
½ jar of Pace Cheese Dip
¼ - 1/2 lb. Smoked Cheese
Dash of Garlic Powder
Dash of Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
¾ cup of Flour

(1) Cook Veggies and set aside
(2) Cook carcass in the water and then remove from water, cool, then remove all meat and set aside. Discard bones and skin.
(3) Add ¾ cup of flour to broth, mix to thicken.
(4) Melt Cheese
(5) When cheese is melted, add all remaining ingredients and set on simmer until ready to eat!
