Proscuitto
Soppressata
Capicola
Pastrami
Provolone cheese
Asiago cheese
Parmesan cheese
Reggiano cheese
Greek olives (or your favorite)
Roasted red peppers
Fresh ground pepper
Fresh or dried basil
Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange the sliced meats on a platter
Then do the same with cheese on top of the meats
Add the olives and red pepper on top of the meats and cheese
Sprinkle the olive oil over the meats and cheese
Season with the pepper and basil ... Presentation is everything
