9 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cool water
2 tsp. salt
2 packages yeast
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in large bowl. Make well in center. Add scalded milk, water, sugar, salt, eggs, then sprinkle with yeast. Do not mix. Seal. Let sit for 1 hour. Remove seal and add 1 c. melted margarine. Knead. (May need to add additional flour.) Return to bowl, seal, and leave until seal pops. (To hasten rising, put bowl in warm water.) Divide dough into fourths. Shape as desired. Let rise until double. Bake at 375º for 20-30 min.
