1 (9oz.) bow tie pasta
1 tbsp. veg. oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts; cut into ½ inch strips
1 small red onion sliced
1 (10oz.) frozen green peas
1 yellow or red pepper cut in strips
½ c. chicken broth
1 (8oz.) sift cream cheese with garlic and herb
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in salt water until done. Heat oil in wok; add chicken and onion. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add peas and pepper stir fry for 4 minutes. Reduce heat. Stir in broth and cream cheese. Cook; stirring constantly until cream cheese is melted. Combine pasta and chicken mixture. Mix lightly and season with salt and pepper.
