1 c. Artichoke Hearts, chopped (canned or frozen, if frozen they need to be cooked)
1/2 c. Spinach, chopped & cooked (frozen spinach is fine)
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
dash of Pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Cook spinach as package says and then thoroughly drain. Measure 1/2 cup of spinach and put in a bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Put in greased oven safe dish and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or bubbly around the edges.

Serve with Crackers, Chips ,Toast points or vegetables.
