1 c. Sugar
2 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 stick Butter, melted
1 c. Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 (6oz) pkg. Coconut
1 9inch unbaked Pie Shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Mix all ingredients and blend well.
Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell.

Bake for 45 minutes or until crust is brown and custard is firm.
