¾ cup Margarine
1 ¼ cups Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 ½ cups Flour
1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
¼ cup Candied Cherries
1 square Chocolate, melted
¼ cup Chopped Nuts
2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
1 tsp Almond Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar, egg and vanilla.

Add flour, baking powder, and salt.

Blend Well.

Divide into THIRDS.

To 1/3: Add cherries and blend well.

To 2nd 1/3: Add chocolate and chopped nuts.

Blend well.

To 3rd 1/3: add shredded coconut and almond extract. Blend Well.

Line bread pan with Parchment paper, put dough with cherries on bottom, next chocolate, then coconut.

Chill at least 24 hours

Fold Parchment paper over and press gently.

Slice about 1/8 inch thick and place on ungreased baking pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
