1/2 c. of carob chips
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 eggs
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. canola oil
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. ground oats
2 c. flour (wheat flour if available)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a non-reactive mixing bowl.
3. Spread a cookie sheet or baking sheet across your baking tray. Coat
the sheet with non-stick spray.
4. Transfer the mixture to the cookie sheet. Place your cookies two to
three inches apart.
5. Bake for a quarter of an hour & serve.
