24 Graham Crackers, rolled
˝ cup Butter
3 cups Milk
4 ˝ Tbsp Cornstarch
1/8 tsp Salt
1 cup Sugar
4 Egg Yolks
Vanilla (Unspecified amount)
Butter (Unspecified amount)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together graham crackers and butter.

Save 1 cup of this mixture and put the balance into oblong tin and line as for pie crust.

Cook mixture of milk, cornstarch, salt, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla until thick and pour into lined pan.

Cover with meringue

Sprinkle top with the cracker mixture

Bake in “slow” oven 35 minutes.
