8 oz bacon
1/4 lb Swiss cheese, shredded
9" piecrust, unbaked
3 eggs
1 1/2 c Half and Half
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon till crisp, drain, crumble. Sprinkle cheese and half of bacon in piecrust. Beat together eggs, Half and Half, and salt. Pour into piecrust. Bake at 425º for 15 min. then turn oven to 325º and bake 20 min. more, or till set. Garnish with remaining bacon.
