4 butterfly pork chops
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
Salt to taste (I use a pinch)
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place pork chops in a medium-sized shallow dish, poke holes with fork on both side and sprinkle with oil, vinegar, and rosemary. Season chops with salt and pepper. Turn to coat evenly and let stand at room temperature while grill heats.

2. Set grill at 350º. Grill pork chops until done.
