1 Yellow Cake Mix
3 Oz Package Lemon Jello
4 Eggs
3/4 Cup Apricot Nectar
3/4 Cup Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Extract

Lemon Glaze;
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
Lemon Juice or juice from 3 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs: Beat egg whites and set aside
Beat remaining ingredients together
Fold in beaten egg whites

Pour into greased tube or bundt pan
Bake for 1 hour in a 325 degree oven

Drizzle glaze on cooled cake
