2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Country Crock Spread
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 large mango, peeled & chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease two 12 c. muffin pans; set aside.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt in medium bowl; set aside.
3. Beat Country Crock Spread with sugar in large bowl with electric mixer
until light & fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in eggs & vanilla. Alternately
beat in flour mixture & bananas with mixer on low just until blended,
beginning & ending with flour mixture. Fold in walnuts & mango.
Evenly spoon batter into prepared pans.
4. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes on wire rack; remove from pans & cool completely.
