3 cups sifted flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup wesson oil
1 cup nuts
4 cups chopped apples
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and oil. Mix with spoon. Add nuts and apples. Bake in tube pan greased and floured. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
