1 pound spinach, washed and drained well
1 medium red cabbage, sliced thinly
1 medium onion, finely
1 cup dried apricots, cut into slivers
6 tbsp oil and vinegar dressing
¼ cup toasted sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Tear spinach into bite size pieces. Add cabbage, onions and apricots, dressing and sunflower seeds. Mix well and serve.
