3/4 c. ketchup
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. coarse salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 1/2 lbs. green cabbage, shredded or sliced fine

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the cabbage and toss until well coated with the sauce.
The slaw can be made a few hours in advance and kept covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Serve over North Carolina Pork Barbecue on split rolls.
