1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes - undrained
1 (6 oz) package Stove Top Stuffing - chicken
½ cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1½ pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp dried basil
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Stir tomatoes with liquid, stuffing mix, water and garlic just until moistened. Set aside.
Place chicken in sprayed 9" x 13" pan and sprinkle with basil. Top with cheese and stuffing mix.

Bake 30 minutes. Makes about 6 servings.
