1 CHOPPED ONION
1 CHOPPED BELL PEPPER
28 OZ TOMATO PUREE
28 OZ CRUSHED TOMATOES
2 SM CANS TOMATO PASTE
1/2 CUP PARSLEY
2 BAY LEAF
1 TSP OREGANO
1/2 TSP BASIL
2 TSP SUGAR
SALT, PEPPER & GARLIC TO TASTE

BROWN PORK THAT HAS BEEN SEASONED WITH SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC. SAUTE ONION AND BELL PEPPER UNTIL SOFT. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS.

IF COOKING ALL DAY ADD 1 CAN OF WATER PER CAN OF TOMATOES.

FOR QUICK COOK ADD 1 1/2 CANS WATER.
