4 large eqqs
2 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned stuffing mix

Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, except stuffing mix. When well blended stir in stuffing mix and let stand 20 min.

When mixture firms shape mixture into balls, using a rounded teaspoon for each ball. Arrange in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.

Heat oven to 350 Bake 20 min. or until lightly browned.
May be cooled, wrapped & frozen. Reheat on baking sheet 10 - 15 min. at 350.
