◾3 Tbsp olive oil
◾1 Tbsp of mustard seeds
◾½ tsp red pepper flakes
◾1 tsp cane sugar or agave
◾1 small cabbage, cored and chopped
◾¼ cup water
◾½ tsp salt
◾3 Field Roast brand sausage, chopped (I used the Smoked Apple and Sage- yum!)

Directions:
Directions:
1.In a large frying pan heat the olive oil over medium heat and then add the mustard seeds, red pepper flakes and sugar. Cook until the mustard seeds pop, about 3 minutes.
2.Add the cabbage and sauté stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
3.Add the water, stir and cook another 5 minutes until the water is absorbed.
4.Stir in the sausage and season with salt. Cook until the sausage is warmed through, another 5 minutes
