6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts or 1 1/2 - 2 pounds sirloin or flank steak
flour tortillas
vidalia onions
red, green & yellow peppers
shredded cheese
salsa
sour cream
guacamole (see Lindsey's recipe)

Marinade:
1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle blend

1.Combine marinade ingredients in a large ziploc bag or shallow casserole dish.
Marinate meat in refrigerator for several hours, turning occasionally.

2. Slice onions and peppers. Drizzle with olive oil, place in grill basket and grill until crisp/tender. At the same time, grill the meat to desired doneness.

3. Cut meat into thin, diagonal slices. Fill tortillas with meat, onions, peppers and toppings, as desired.

This is a family favorite. They are great served with a side of Spanish rice and refried beans. If grilling isn't an option, the meat can be broiled in the oven and the onions and peppers can be sautéed.
