1 can garden peas
1 can corn
1 can sliced potatoes
1 to 2 cans tomato sauce
1 can butter beans
1 can tomato, okra, corn mixture
several small pieces of breakfast ham or boiling meat
1 pkg of hamburger or beef stew
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and drain. Place boiling meat or breakfast ham in pot and cover with water. Bring to a hard boil. Add beef and cans of vegetables and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low for 1 hour. Add 1/2 tsp. sugar if needed.

Use leftover vegetables such as cabbage or collard greens, turnips or whatever you have on hand. Serve in bowls or over rice.
