5 cups of filtered Satsuma Juices 7 cups of sugar
1 box of Sure Jell ½ tsp. of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the juice and Sure Jell. Next add the ½ tsp. of butter, this helps reduce the foaming of the jelly. Bring to a hard boil and cook for a short time, add the 7 cups of sugar and bring the liquid back to a hard boil for at least a minute. Remove from the fire and bottle. You should get between 8 and 9 pints. If it does not set you can re boil the jelly and another pack of sure jell and re-bottle. It should set then.
