1 pkg. (6-8) small Pita Breads
1/2 lb. (2 sticks) Butter or Margarine
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Bovril or other beef glaze/extract

Directions:
Carefully, with a small sharp knife, open up pitas & lay flat. Cut each half into 4 triangles. In small saucepan, melt butter or margarine with beef glaze, stirring until well combined. Using a pastry brush, brush inside of each pita triangle with butter mixture & lay in one layer on cookie sheets. Run under hot broiler just until bubbly & lightly browned. Serve immediately while warm.
