Directions:
Bring Water a boil for Noodles.
Chop cabbage into 1" squares. In a large skillet, add a stick of butter, and as much cabbage and a cup or so of the onion as the pan can hold. If you think you need more butter, add 1/4 cup more. Season with salt and pepper to taste as you go along. Fry until mixture looks golden, and onions are carmelized. Dump into an aluminum pan. Repeat process until all cabbage and onion is gone.
Boil noodles, and add to mixture. Blend with wooden smooth and reheat all for at least 15 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Reseason with salt and pepper to taste if desired. Put in oven for 1/2 hour on 250º for the flavor to transfer to the noodles.

Keep warm in oven until ready to serve.

Personal Notes:
This recipe is a delicious & inexpensive dish to serve a small crowd. The smaller noodles make the dish less starchy with more of the cabbage and onion taste.

Dobar Tek!
