1 1/2 cakes regular size yeast or 1 tbsp. &1 tsp. dry yeast (2 pkg)
2 Tbsp warm water
1/2 cup butter or margarine (I use butter)
3 Tbsp sugar
3 eggs
1 carton sour cream (small)
3 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in warm water. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time (beating well). Add sour cream and yeast (beating well). Add flour and blend well. Turn mixture on a well floured board and knead well until dough forms a smooth elastic ball. You will need more flour as you are kneading.
Divide dough into 3 balls and roll out and spread with nut filling. You can sprinkle more sugar over nut filling before you roll it up.
Place on greased cookie sheet long ways. Let raise for 1 hour. Before putting rolls in the oven, brush with egg. Bake at 350 º for 30 minutes.
