Pastry for single crust, 9" pie, partially baked
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter- melted and cooled
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar, flour, and salt.
In larger bowl, beat butter and eggs. Add sugar mixture. Gradually stir in buttermilk, vanilla, and lemon.
Carefully pour filling into shell.

Bake 30 min at 350º.

Remove foil which is on edge.
Bake 10-15 min. longer.
Cool-refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve with raspberries.
