3 Roma tomatoes
3 Jalapeņo peppers
2 Serrano peppers
1/2 cup cilantro, loosely packed
1/2 lime, juiced
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 large clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 14 1/2 oz. can whole tomatoes, drained, juice reserved
OPTIONAL: 1/2 tsp. ground cumin (MB always leaves this out)

Put first 8 ingredients into a food processor. Process on low for about 10 seconds, until mixture is evenly chopped and well mixed.

Add canned tomatoes and reprocess for another 5 seconds at low speed. Add optional cumin and reserved tomato juice to your own personal preference.

If a more chunky texture is desired, finely chop all the vegetables with a sharp knife. Mix with the lime juice, vinegar, garlic and salt. Chop the canned tomatoes into small pieces and add to mixture.

Pour into bowl and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
