6 or 7 Granny Smith apples
1 c sugar
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 stick butter, cut into cubes
1 package (2 in a box) pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut apples into thin wedges. Place a pie crust in pie pan and pierce bottom a few times with a fork. Layer apples, sugar, cinnamon, and butter cubes until all apples are gone. Cover with remaining pie crust and seal edges of pie crust. Sprinkle top crust with sugar and a little cinnamon. Bake at 330º for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown. Do not add liquid to this pie, apples will make their own juice.
