Ingredients:  
1. Drain all cans of beans/peas and rinse in colander…the most important step.
2 cans each of black beans and black-eyed peas
1 can each of pinto beans and kidney beans
2. Add 2 cans of vacuum packed white or yellow corn
2 cans of Rotel
2 cans of chopped green chilis
Optional…2 cans of sliced black olives
3. Chop fresh ingredients and add.
2 tomatoes
1 bunch green onion tops
1 bunch of FRESH cilantro leaves, chopped finely
4. Spice it up with
1 large bottle of Italian dressing
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Tony’s
1 tsp. salt

This better after it has been allowed to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour or two. Eat with tortilla chips…I prefer the scoops. Tip…eat the leftovers over lettuce, makes a great salad.
