Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 bunches green onion tops, cut up
2 c pecan pieces
2 c sharp cheddar cheese finely shredded
1 c mayonnaise
1or 2 jars Tabasco pepper jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pecans, onion tops and cheese in a bowl; mix well. Add mayonnaise and mix until well blended. Press mixture until compacted into a dish with a lip or narrow edge.
Wisk pepper jelly until smooth and spreading consistency. Spread over the pecan/cheese mixture. Serve with ritz or wheat thins

Using 1 1/2 to 2 jars of jelly will allow you to use the mild (green) and the hot (red) to give a bit more spice. And a nice color at Christmas.

SOOO GOOD
