1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder

2 slightly beaten eggs
3 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl combine the liquid ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients. If too thick add more milk.
Heat frying pan coated with a small amount of oil. Add batter to form pancakes. Cook until slightly brown and turn over.
Between batches re oil pan.
Hint: put a small amount of oil on a paper towel and wipe the pan between batches

Serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit, and/or whipped cream.
If you want thin crepe like pancakes thin the batter with milk
