1 c. vinegar
2 T. minced onion
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. minced celery
1 T. sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco

Combine all ingredients and heat - simmering for 10 min.

Brush over spareribs or other meat.
