2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 T. flour
1/2 c. vinegar

Heavy cream or mayonnaise to thin.
Directions:
Directions:
Add flour to sugar. Add this mixture to the egg and vinegar mixture. Cook in a double boiler or a heavy skillet, stirring constantly.
Thin with heavy cream or prepared mayonnaise.
