2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
2 c. crisco oil
4 eggs

4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

1 1/2 c. quick oats
2 c. coconut
6 oz pkg chocolate chips (*can use 12 oz chocolate chips and 1 cup broken pecans instead)
4 c. corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Oven - 350º.
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and oil. Mix thoroughly. Sift the dry ingredients (flour, b. soda, b. powder, 1 tsp. salt). Add to creamed mix.

Add oats, coconut, chocolate chips, and corn flakes to the creamed mix. Mix thoroughly. Chill dough (1 hour).
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet.
For crisp cookies - bake 10-12 min.
For soft set - bake 8-10 min.
