4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 lb. unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped pecans, toasted 10 min at 350
1 lb. light brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
5 eggs
6 oz. white chocolate, melted
1 lb. semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped into 1/4-inch pieces

Oven - 350º.
Sift dry ingredients onto wax paper. Place butter, brown sugar and white sugar in bowl using a paddle. Beat 6 min. Scrape down sides, continue beating 4 min. more.
Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
Stop mixer and add melted white chocolate.
Gradually add sifted ingredients, followed by pecans and chocolate.
Put 2 heaping Tbs. on nonstick cookie sheet, 6 cookies per sheet.
Bake 15-17 min. Cool on cookie sheets.
