1 pkg. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
4 oz. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla (can substitute almond, coffee, or orange liquer)
Finely chopped nuts - coconut - grated chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Heat chocolate in large microwave bowl for 2 min. Stir until completely melted. Beat in cream cheese and flavoring. Cool to room temp. Stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Shape into 1" balls. roll in nuts, coconut, or chocolate.
Store in refrigerator.
