1 lemon cake mix
3 oz instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
1/3 c oil
1 c water
3 limes
1/4 c. sugar
1 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Make cake according to cake mix directions, adding pudding mix at the beginning of process with cake mix.
Prepare 9 x 13 cake pan.
Pour cake mix in 9 x 13 pan and
Bake 350* 40 minutes or until toothpick come out clean in the middle.
While cake is baking zest lime skin and squeeze limes.
Mix 1/4 cup lime juice & 1 Tbsp. lime zest with 1/4 cup granulated sugar
With remaining lime juice and zest add powdered sugar to make a glaze.
When the cake is done Immediately poke with fork making deep holes into the cake all over and pour over lime mixture with granulated sugar to go down into the holes. Then frost with the powdered sugar mixture.
